No. We deliver every machine directly to your job site and pick it up when you're finished. There's no towing, trailer, or hitch needed — just call or text to schedule a delivery time.

Yes — every machine arrives with a full tank of fuel at no additional charge. There's no separate fuel fee on your invoice.

We deliver free of charge within 20 miles of Soddy Daisy, covering Soddy Daisy, Sale Creek, Hixson, Middle Valley, Dayton, and Birchwood. Outside that radius, just call and we'll quote a small additional delivery fee.

Weekday rentals: 1–2 days notice is usually fine. Weekend rentals: 3–5 days in advance recommended, especially in spring and fall peak seasons. Call or text (423) 401-0795 and we'll check availability.

A daily rental covers 8 hours of use. Need more time? Extra hours are billed at your daily rate divided by 8. The excavator's $425 daily rate works out to $55/hour for any extra time. The skid steer's $400 daily rate works out to $50/hour.

$425 daily (8 hours), $850 for a weekend (Friday through Monday), or $1,110 for a full week. Delivery and fuel are included in all three rates.

Yes — if both machines are available, we can deliver them together to the same site or schedule them separately depending on your project. Each machine is billed at its own daily, weekend, or weekly rate.

No experience needed. We provide a free operator walkthrough at delivery — controls, safety basics, and operating tips. Most first-time renters are comfortable and confident within 20–30 minutes.

Call or text us. We're available 7 days a week and happy to walk you through any issue over the phone. We know these machines well and can usually talk you through any situation quickly.

Yes — a refundable deposit of $300–$500 per machine is collected by credit card when we schedule your delivery. It's returned after a quick inspection when we pick the machine back up.

We offer an optional Damage Waiver at 12–15% of the rental rate that covers minor accidental damage up to $500. Without the waiver, the renter is responsible for repair costs for damage occurring during the rental period. We document machine condition with photos at every delivery.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards (via Square), Venmo, and Zelle. A deposit is required at time of booking for weekend and weekly rentals.
